We recommend that you burn the candle long enough to liquefy the entire top layer of wax, which can take a few hours. Allowing the wax pool to melt from edge-to-edge will keep the opening wide and prevent tunneling.
Always trim wicks to 1/4 inch before every lighting. This will allow for a cleaner, brighter and longer burn and also help avoid large flames and black, sooty residue on the container.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

All orders begin processing the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm PST or on holidays are processed within 2 business days. Your package will arrive within 3-5 business days of processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
