Apply for a Wholesale Account

Hello! Thank you for your interest in becoming a retailer of Perfumed Wax Co candles. Before you apply, please familiarize yourself with the process:

REQUIREMENTS FOR OPENING A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

Perfumed Wax Co. wholesale accounts are given at our discretion to stores that fit our brand and products. We will work carefully with you to maintain the exclusivity of our products in your area. You may only sell our work at the address of the store on your account.

To apply for a whole sale account with Perfumed Wax Co., please fill out our online form. After you have completed the form, please email a copy of your business sales tax certificate or permit to wholesale@perfumedwaxco.com with the subject title “SALES TAX PERMIT”. We will promptly review your application and contact you with approval before placing your first wholesale order.

ORDER MINIMUMS

First order minimum $200. $150 minimum on re-orders. Credit card payment in full is required for all orders when the order is placed. All shipments outside the US must be prepaid via wired funds or credit card.

ORDERING INFORMATION

We want to make the ordering process as quick and easy as possible. We are in the process of setting up our online wholesale portal. In the meantime, please email this order form to orders@perfumedwaxco.com to submit your order. We strive to fulfill wholesale orders within 3 business days, and will contact you if, for any reason, we are unable to do so. During peak periods, this window may be extended. If you need your wholesale order by a certain date, please note that on your order, where indicated. If expedited shipping is needed, extra charges will be applied.

SHIPPING

Orders ship from Irvine, California, via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. USPS is used for locations not serviced by UPS. Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Please provide your email address to receive electronic UPS shipping notification. If needed, please request expedited shipping and specific shipping instructions on your order.

To better serve our local customers, we offer free delivery in Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties on all wholesale orders over $300.

RETURNS

All orders are insured during shipping from our door to yours. Please check your order carefully for any damage that may have occurred during shipment when your packages arrive. Damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace damaged item(s) or credit your account.
