DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Candles are delicate things and sometimes the carriers are less careful with packages than we’d like. If anything you ordered arrives on your doorstep broken, please call us.

If possible, please send us a photo of the damage so that we can make improvements in the future, and we’ll get a replacement sent out right away.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The most important thing is that you are happy with your purchase, and so we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange if required. If for some reason the item arrives damaged/faulty, please get in touch and we will take care of you.

Please include the original packing slip with your return/exchange. If you do not have your packing slip, please enclose your order number inside the package (this can be found on your confirmation email).

For exchanges, please let us know which item you are exchanging for.

Returned items must be new, unused and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Returns must be processed within 30 days.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
